Heat Transfer Analysis using Ansys FLUENT ~ HELP

1 Attachment(s)
Hello Everyone,

I am quite new to the CFD world and currently doing a simulation for my Masters. I'm trying to simulate a heat transfer analysis using a Flat plate and tube attached to it and the water flows through the tube (Screenshot Attached). I need to apply heat to the flat plate and study the heat transfer and the pressure drop of the fluid. But After the simulation run, I don't see any heat transfer happening. Below are the parameters I used to run the simulation.

Elements : 980421
Nodes:1093527
Minimum Cell Size - 8.351979e-15
Minimum Orthogonal Quality = 2.22045e-16 cell 5723 on zone 8 (ID: 980177 on partition: 2) at location ( 4.55007e-01 2.48876e-01 5.59999e-03)

Solver : Pressure Based, Absolute, Transient
Gravity : -9.81(Z Direction)
Energy Equation : ON
Viscous: Laminar
Fluid: Water
Solid: Aluminium
Boundary Conditions:
- Velocity Inlet (5m/s & 297K)
- PV Wall (HeatFlux 800w/m2)

Mesh Interface: PV & Tube (Coupled Wall)
Solution Method: SIMPLE
Hybrid Initialization

Time Step Size: 0.0001 del t < del x / v Link
Time Step: 1000
Iteration: 50

Please help to identify my mistake:confused:.

Need more details to assist.
First of all
U said u haven't seen any heat transfer happening. How u confirmed this.....??
Make it clear if u see no heat transfer happening to water or solid.
See total heat flux values on the applied surface from reports>fluxes or reports>surface integrals. If u see same value as u applied, heat flux is taken by the system.

If u made the statement based on water outlet temperature, what's the mass flow rate of water ingested into the domain. If it's too less then also same thing can happen.
U said u have used laminar model. In laminar model heat transfer coefficient will be less and obviously heat transfer through convection will be less. This is said by assuming this model is apt for ur problem.

Above all u have to provide the geometry dimensions so that we can help u much more.
