Simulation of swelling behaviour of chitosan hydrogels ?
 

Where can I find equations on how a material absorbs a fluid from a fluid flow?
In my case, material that going to absorb is chitosan hydrogel and fluid is humid air. I want to simulate how a chitosan hydrogel absorbs and expands with this kind of flow? How could i do it?
