Error loading fluent results on CFD-Post

Hi! im trying to load certain transient data calculated on fluent but when the desired file is selected to load, the following messages appears (Please see image attached). Whats the cause of this issue? Bad archive saving method?

Please, I need help with this trouble...

P.D : Im having zero errors detected during fluent calculations
