Failing to start FLUENT

Hi all!

I have got a licensed version of Ansys 2019R1 from my university. Design modeler and mesh modeler work fine but when I attempt to open FLUENT, it flashes for a moment without the geometry attached to it and then disappears with an error message saying "FLUENT application failed to start." The operating system that I have is:

Processor: i5 8265U CPU @1.60 GHz 1.8GHz
Installed Memory: 8.00 Gb
System Type: 64 bit Operating System
I am using dual boot system with Windows and Linux on the same system by dividing hard drive (512gb) into two parts.

The division is as follows:

(C: drive): 188gb

D: drive - 171gb

Linux - 153gb
I am attaching the screenshot of the error.

Please guide me this issue.

Hi Vidushi,

Wait for sometime when the license is available. Sometimes it happens due to many users accessing the same license. Try after sometime. It happened with me too.
