Default Run fluent in different system

I want to know there is any different when run Fluent in Linux system and in windows system.Why the case get divergency more easier when run Fluent in linux system?
Please help me.Thank you for your answer.

It's the placebo effect.

The only difference is different compilers and libraries. The vc libraries in Windows anyway are mostly libraries ported to work on windows.
