UDF for E^n Transition Model implementation in FLUENT
 

Good day everyone,

I´m currently working with 2D airfoil simulations at very high Reynolds numbers, and comparing the data with wind tunnel results.

So far I have been using the Transition SST model, which is the basic K-W SST turbulence model coupled with two more equations, which results in the Gamma-Theta model.
This model is by default and I haven´t changed or added anything from the initial set-up in Fluent.

However, after doing some research I have found that the K-W SST turbulence model coupled with the E^n transition model method gives better results.

The down side is that Fluent does not give this option in the turbulence model dialog box, so I assume it must be implemented through some kind of UDF in the KW SST turbulence model.

Does anyone has experience with this, or has done something similar?
