Moment coefficient calculation in ANSYS Fluent

Hi all,

I am doing a 2D CFD simulation for a vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT). I can calculate moment coefficient (Cm) versus flow-time for one revolution.

Then I tried to calculate moment based on the formula: M = 1/2rho*V^2*A*R*Cm

Does ANSYS Fluent calculate Cm based on the relative velocity between wind velocity (inlet velocity) and rotational velocity of turbine (V(t/g) = omega*R)? I tried to google it but it seems like no one has ever asked this question.

Thank you very much for your help.
