Fluent Solution to Fluent Setup

Hi guys,

I'm working on a blood vessel model with a lot of intricate detail I want to preserve and monitor and with the education license of Fluent having an element limit of 512,000 I've been forced to get creative around this issue. I was thinking of breaking up the model into segments and having the flow solution if each segment feed into the setup of the next fluent window (with the next geometry and respective mesh also attached to the setup window) and do this for 6 segments.

Could this work and if not what would you suggest?

Will upload photos later of my workbench incase a visual aid would help, as I'm presently away from my desktop.

Thanks

Will it work? Yes. This is how we used to do CFD when machines had <1GB ram. Scripting helps a lot.
