Default Dynamic mesh - gluing interfaces together

Two cylindrical elements are connected to each other via an interface.

The entirety of Element #2 has 6DOF movement, as a single rigid body. How do I make Interface #1 follow wherever Interface #2 (Interface #2 being a sub-element of Element #2) goes? Both translation & rotation.

Furthermore, how would one have interfaces follow each other, EXCEPT rotation around the axis of symmetry? If Interface #2 were to spin, I don't want Interface #1 spinning, since the opposite wall of Element #1 is anchored in place. It would twist the mesh - resulting in errors, or forcing remesh.

If you want that fluid should flow from element 1 to 2 and their interfaces remain glued, then don't use interface. Use interior.

However, that would ensure that due to the rotation, element 1 twists, which you don't want. One way would be to apply motion to the interface 1 based on the velocity of the element 2. That would work as if it is glued. Fluent might have another option; I don't remember right now, but it has an option for the passive motion. But I suppose passive motion may not give you freedom for only translation but no rotation.
