Oxidation is a very generic term; oxidation of C gives flame while oxidation of Fe gives rust. A little more elaboration would be very helpful.

I need to simulated oxidation to determine the amount of corrosion in materials coated.

Corrosion is result of electrochemical reactions. You can use EC reactions within Fluent's species model to do that.

But, I cant change any complex material right? Do you have some examples if possible can you share it with me?

I am afraid I don't completely understand what you mean by complex material.

Like a composites or mixture of composites. Layers of the composites. FLuent cant use two or three layer of materials

I assume by layers you mean layers of solid material. The oxidation reactions occur only on the surface, hence, layers do not matter. As far as, simulating layers is concerned, you can have multiple layers without any issue.
