Floating point exception

Hello all,

I am working on a counter pipe flow heat exchanger using ANSYS fluent 2D axisymmetric analysis.

I have attempted to run the calculation in the setup section however I get the message:

Reversed flow on 12 faces (100.0% area) of pressure-outlet 13.
Stabilizing pressure coupled to enhance linear solver robustness.
Stabilizing pressure coupled using GMRES to enhance linear solver robustness.

Calculation complete.

It works completely fine when I select 'planar' in the general tab in setup. I am not sure where I am going wrong. Any help would be appreciated

Axisymmetric

Fluent's axisymmetric solver has two requirements

1. X-Axis is fixed as axis of symmetry. So, you cannot use any other axis, say, y-axis or any other axis parallel to x-axis defined with axis boundary.

2. There should not be any cell in third and fourth quadrant. Only first and second quadrant can have mesh.

Above is my geometry, I believe I have met the requirements

It still gives me the same error?

Model

It looks alright while looking at the image. However, click on Mesh Check after changing to Axisymmetric model. See if Fluent gives an error. If not, then everything about the mesh is alright, the problem would be with setup, most likely boundary conditions.

Floating point exception

I am doing a simulation of pcm melting in a 2d complex shape with a fin inside it. Mesh size is 0.5mm.
Pcm is lauric acid and viscosity is temperature dependent
One side is heated at a constant temp of 70C.
The issue i am facing is the floating point exception
I have coarsen the mesh but still the same issue
