Comparison between PBM and DPM modelling
 
DPM model has a for 'turbulent dispersion of particles' as follows:

To describe the turbulent dispersion in the DPM model, the Discrete Random Walk Model is used to calculate the kinetic energy dissipation of eddies.

The characteristic lifetime of the eddy is defined as a constant t = 2T_l, and T_l is the fluid Lagrangian integral time which may be expressed as follows:

T_l = C_l * (k/e), where C_l is the turbulent dispersion constant.


Q). I want to ask whether any such formulation for turbulent dispersion exists in the PBM model?
