Hello everyone,
I am currently working on unsteady particle track with a steady flow. I used to simulate steady particle track with steady flow and in order to extract particle parameters to CFD-Post I was using export particle history data. However, with unsteady particle track I can not see any trajectories. I know unsteady particle track calculation method is different from steady option. But how can I extract particle trajectories to CFD-Post? Thanks in advance. Stay Safe! |

I manage to solve the issue. For anyone that might be facing the same issue:
Particle time step for my DPM setup was wrong and I was looking for a very small time step. I fixed that. Also, since unsteady particle track only shows the final position of the particle rather than whole trajectory, I used autosave tool to save particle position and parameters at certain iteration intervals. Hope it is helpful for someone... |
