The dissolving of two miscible liquids in Fluent?

1 Attachment(s)
I am trying to simulate the two miscible liquid inside a chamber by using Ansys Fluent. One fluid is water and another one is ethyl-acetate. I have defined the region for ethyl-acetate at t=0 time. Please check the attached image file. In the image, the red portion is the region for the ethyl-acetate and water is only liquid which is entering into the inlet. I also want to use the diffusion coefficient to dissolve ethyl-acetate into water. Which option do I have to use for this simulation i) Multiphase with species transport and ii) Only one phase with species transport?
