Hello guys,

I have problems calculating the heat transfer coefficient and heat flux in hot plate.

problem description:

its a Multiphase problems : water jets impinges on hot plate to cool it down. the initial temperature of the plate is almost 700 C and the water temperature is 25c. Some of the water evaporate after impingement. I did VOF method to capture the multiphase problem. And i used k-epsilon turbulent model. its a transient problem , not steady state.

how can I calculate the heat transfer coefficient and the heat flux. the temperature changes with time, so i have different values of temperature at each location of the plate.
