Fan boundary condition using Ansys Fluent

I am trying to model a jet fan being installed in a room. I want to study the flow of the fan coming out of the outlet (basically the development of streamlines). The walls of the room are modelled as “Pressure Outlet” boundary condition as they are vented to the atmosphere. The fan is modelled as a simple cylinder with Inlet (Velocity Inlet velocity = 4 m/sec), Outlet (Pressure outlet) and a fan interior face as shown in figure. Please see "Domain Specification.jpeg"
The fan interior specification dialog box is shown in "Domain Specification.jpeg". It has been kept simple to get some initial flow
However when I run my simulation, continuity diverges as shown in "Residuals.jpeg". I am not sure why this is happening. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance

do you really need poutlet at fan exit, i dont think so.

think like this you have fan with some mass flow inside for feeding fan, you are adding fan interior because you need mimicking the behaviour of fan that you dont want to make things complex with rotating frames and sliding meshes, that is ok. then air comes from fan interior just open through athmosphere which is poutlet.
