Nasal cavity in fluent

Hello, I have a stl file of a nasal cavity. Before importing in fluent i tried to convert to solid bosy in solid works. Is it necessary to close the external surfaces of the cavity to create the fluid domain or it is sufficient only define inlet and outlet faces?
