Do you mean ANSYS 19.0? Or 2019 R1?
Either way they are both available on ANSYS customer portal, for both Windows and Linux.

They are just different releases from different years, ANSYS went 10, 11 … up to 19. Then they changed their naming convention to 2019, and now 2020 instead of just numbers. You could say v19 could have also been called 2018R1 if they switched naming conventions a year early.
2019 and on looks much different in the menus for geometry and mechanical.
