Hi, I am trying to simulate the motion of the ball(the sphere is regraded as a rigid body) in a tank full of water, and the tank is in a centrifuge.
In Fluent, I set both dynamic mesh, 6DOF model and frame motion options. Frame motion is set throughout the computational domain. In the tank, dynamic mesh and 6DOF model are set to make sure that the ball is free to fall as the tank rotates. Please tell me, is this going to work? What should I pay attention to in the settings? Thank you! ![]() ![]() Last edited by 21912219; November 18, 2020 at 02:42. Reason: forget a picture |
