Hi. My name is Lukas. I compare the methods of modeling the wheel motion in the CFD analyzes of the Formula Student car in ANSYS FLUENT. I'm having trouble using the MRF approach. I get this message and I don't know if my settings are correct. Review wall motion. Stationary wall motion relative to adjacent cell zone detected.
I have two cell zones. One of them is stationary. Second one is MRF zone which is rotating: 72 rad/s, absolute. Part of the wheel rim is inside of the MRF zone. The part of the wheel rim inside the MRF zone is defined as: Moving Wall - Relative to Adjacent Cell Zone, 0 rad/s. The only stationary wall in my domain is located in my stationary domain - the black part below. https://imgur.com/a/rxyqijw It is located next to the MRF zone. I don't know what to think about this Warning. I think that my setup is correct, but I'm not sure.
