Error getting the barycentric matrix in GetBarycentricCoordinates

I am using dpm and dynamic mesh(layering) to calculate particles motion in a check valve.Geometry is 2d axisymmetric.I did not use udf and use profile to define valve motion.
Every time the calculation will stop at almost the same time step and display "Error getting the barycentric matrix in GetBarycentricCoordinates"
i tried to disable dpm or dynamic mesh and it works well,however, the calculation will stop with dpm and dynamic mesh are both enabled.
i am using fluent 2020 r1 . I also trid on fluent 19.2 and the error showed again and disply "the f1 process could not be started" but did not display "Error getting the barycentric matrix in GetBarycentricCoordinates"

anyone know?
