residuals and results leap when continuing iteration of saved data and case
 

Hi all,

I am doing a combustion simulation with fluent. I found an interesting phenomenon. That is when I run the simulation, resisuals were not decreasing and monitored variables seemed constant. Then I tried to save case and data files and reload them to continue iterating. The confusing thing was all results and monitored variables leaped as if I imported a totally different case.

I was hoping resisuals and monitored variables were still changing gradually after importing saved case and data.

I am wondering why would this happen?

Can anybody give me some suggestions?
