Hey!
I'm simulating a CD nozzle with a domain to observe the flow at the exit area for different nozzle pressure ratios. It doesn't converge, for most of the iterations, it remains more or less between 1e-01 and 1e-02. I have set my convergence criteria to 1e-06.
Mesh: Quality (Min 0.82652 Max 1)
Aspect Ratio (Fluent) (Min 1.41421 Max 326.043)
Orthogonal Quality (Min 0.516543 Max 1)
I have selected the K-epsilon Realizable model with standard wall function initializing with a courant number of 0.1. I would greatly appreciate it if anybody could help me with this.

What solution initialization settings and solution method are you using?

I meant are you using standard initialization?
May be use Coupled in solution schemes (if it's steady state) along with QUICK spatial discretization scheme for all variable except for pressure (Try using PRESTO with pressure).

Also try using reference computed from inlet. Play around with standard initialization as well. Although convergence is usually quite difficult for turbulence models but you can get upto 10^-4 by playing around with the settings mentioned.
