Help with evaporation multiphase model

For my final project I need to model evaporation from a pool due to temperature difference and airflow over the pool using a multiphase model. So far I'm not so sure which setting in fluent to use and how. Do I need to use 3 phases: air, water and water vapor? and how do I set the mass transfer between water and vapor phases? Does the lee model in VOF solve this kind of evaporation?
If anyone has any ideas or has ever done something similar help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, yes the fluent evaporation/condensation model can be used as a framework for your problem, but it requires development work (UDF) because the default fluent model only considers water/vapor without air as a dilute gas. In your case, the evaporation rate depends on the local water and gas temperature and the vapor partial pressure in air (humidity), as the humid air blows through the water pool surface.
