Defining new fluid with UDS

Hello,

I am trying to mix to fluids (water and oil, transient simulation) in a T-junction crossing chanels, however I don't want to use the built in two phase models in Fluent. For this reason I want to write my own model. I want to first initilize the model with only one fluid (in my case oil) and then use a UDS to observe what happens when I insert water also. My question is, is it possible to say to Fluent to start the simulation with the first fluid only and then somehow insert the water as a UDS. In the User Guide section for UDS, it's not well explained, one can change the fluid type only in the domain section but that will change only the "main" fluid and will not insert another fluid as a UDS as I undertand. Thank you in advanced!

Emil
