Hi dear friends
I am trying to simulate effect of electrical field on two-phase flow using Maxwell and MHD (fluent)

I have simulated electric field in Maxwell and linked "solution" to "setup" of fluent (MHD is activated) as 1st fig.:


I also activated MHD module, here are my problems:
1- I am not sure if I have exported electric field properly. In fact I couldn't produce .MAG file.
2- By clicking on "apply external field" in "electrical potential" of MHD module in ansys (as bellow), I can see a field which is apparently produced by maxwell. But, once I click to apply, it just freeze and do nothing until I close the app by "end Task" (\fig. 2)


unfortunately, I couldn't find any relevant tutorial to tackle this problem. I will be truly grateful if you share your experience or help with me.

I'm also trying to simulate the effect of an external electric field on charged particles using MHD model. were you able to find useful resources?
