Residuals remain constant

Guys,
I am currently working on a chemical vapour infiltration problem wherein the residuals do not seem to either converge or diverge(they remain constant). I have tried cahngin the BCs, methods etc. None making any difference.

Also, when I checked to see if the conservation equations were being agreed to, the mass flux was checked but the total heat transfer rate is showing nothing at all. How is it possible that there is no flux at inlet, outlet etc when the constituents include heated CH4, C2H6 etc species.

Please forgive me if the photos arent in order,,,but i have included most of them which would help u understand my issue here.
