I want to know how to rank the selected species, what does most abundant by mass mean? does it refer to mass fraction or molar mass? and is only the last substance most important?

The species with the highest mass fraction needs to be last in the list. For the most part, only the bulk species needs to be last, the entire list doesn't have to be ranked. The reason is because the very last species is not actually solved using a transport equation but calculated using 1 minus all the rest.
