Hello,

I want to simulate evaporation from a liquid confined between two walls using VOF method in Fluent.
I would like to use either evaporation-condensation model available in Fluent or the attached UDF.

My queries:

1. After running the simulation, how do I know how much quantity of water evaporated. This i need to determine the amount of heat lost by evaporation.

2. If i use the UDF, should i use it under Phase Interaction or as source terms under cellZone conditions. If it is under cellZone conditions, should I add Mass source terms for individual phases and energy sources for mixture?

Thanks in advance!
