Hi guys, I'm doing a project that consist in a 2D, laminar, stationary problem. It is a microchannel with wavy/corrugated walls that are hotter than the inlet. The thing is that I have to study heat transfer in this walls and I don't know how to get Nusselt number and heat transfer coef. (h). I've tried the "mass-weighted average" thing but I think that values are not correct.

Thanks beforehand, I will appreciate any type of help.

Hi guys, so I think I found a solution to do this, but I don't know if I'm doing it the correct way, even I think I'm doing it well.

In CFD-post, "solution" in Workbench, I obtain some parameters in order to calculate Nusselt Number with Excel. I'm obtaining Twall, Tmean and heat flux. I know temperatures are well, but I don't know 100% if I'm obtaining heat flux properly. I got Wall Heat Flux by creating a point and then, in expressions, putting "maxVal(Wall Heat Transfer)@Tw" -being "Tw" the point that I created before and which is in the wall, at the point that I want Wall Heat Flux value.

If you can give some tips or confirm my method I will apreciate it so much.

Ty.
