PEMFC addon module problem
Hi all, It is my first time to post on CFD online. I’ve got some problem with PEMFC simulation using ANSYS Fluent PEMFC addon module.
I’m doing various operating conditions such as operating pressure and inlet relative humidity. In the experimental results, higher operating pressure and inlet relative humidity can improve the PEMFC performance. I finished validation with experimental data and grid dependency test. After that, decreased relative humidity from 100% to 50%. As a result, pemfc performance was increased. That’s really weird. Operating pressure is 2 atm. But when I change it to 1 atm, the result was reasonable (decreased performance of pemfc). My question is “should I have to consider something else when I change operating pressure and why this weird results are appeared?” Please answer my question. Thanks. |
Hi, I also use ANSYS FLUENT PEMFC addon module, but there is a big difference in current density with experimental data; for example, at V= 0.7 the current density is about 0.4 (A/cm2) but when I try PEMFC module it is 0.0006 (A/cm2). Could you help me to find what is wrong?
Thanks in advance. |
