Difference between experiment & Simulation data

1 Attachment(s)
I had made a triple laminar flow in below 1mm diameter, length 10cm capillary tube.

Water goes through Each 3 inlet right side and left side is a outlet

First, I did the experiment using a 2 color dye and found that the triple laminar flow was remained till the end of capillary(10cm)

But after I did the simulation using ansys fluent, 3 water components totally mixed less than a 3 cm

So I want to find the error in my simulation process.

add 3 waters in materials - fluid
Multiphase model - explicit check, implicit body force check - dispersed check
Multiphase model - phase 1, 2, 3 to water 1, 2, 3
viscous model - laminar(very low flow rate) or just used k-e model
Boundary conditions - inlet 1 (middle) -> 0.52ml/min to linear velocity, inlet 2 -> 0.04ml/min, 3 -> 0.04ml/min, Volume fraction inlet 1 -> water1 : 1. same as inlet 2, inlet 3, K, e : 1
Methods : Piso or simple
Monitors - Residual : all components to 1e-7
Initialization : Inlet 1
Run calculation : Time step size 0.005 s, Number of time steps : 10000, Max iterations/Time step : 20
Every condition showed same simulation results..

Anyone please tell me the problem..?

Thank U!
