Ansys fluent error cortex command failed exception
 

I have copied completed ansys workbench files to a new folder and tried to change the setup parameters to carry the simulation for another case, but this error message comes up saying "cortex command failed exception, error occured while applying case and settings information" . Can anyone please tell how to solve this ?
