How can I export coordinates of cylinder face center points
 

I want to export x, y coordinates of cylinder faces center points. Most importantly I want to chart pressure on cylinder face. I tried it at CFD post bu I cant get proper chart. Because I wrote an udf to give rotational velocity to faces of cylinder. That's what I got when i tried with CFD post.

To get proper chart I wanted to export pressure values at centre points of cylinder faces or coordinates will be ok take pressure values with CFD post.
