Hello everyone,
I am simulating a conjugate heat transfer problem, where heat is transferred from solid to fluid. But some time after I on energy equation, temperature is limited to problem occurs and energy equation doesn't converge, what should I do?

what do you mean here? residuals are not going down?

the reason is the temperature limit is met.
change the limit.

if this limit was set due to physics then you should change your model the way this limit would never be met

I have changed the limit according to physics of the problem and temperature limited to error occurred. I am using SST k-w model. Residuals are not going down and the temperature of the solid body keep increasing.

most likely you have problems with mesh

Hi, i was also experiencing same problem some time ago. The reason for energy equation divergence is the misalignment of the heat transferring control volumes (mesh). This problem need to be solved by improving the mesh. sometimes, contact faces of two bodies need to set share topology feature. I am not sure about your problem but i hope this may help.
