Default Cell count inside a body of influence [Fluent Meshing]

Is there a way to find out how many cells there are inside a body of influence?

My cases are formula style cars with bunch of vortexes I'd like to capture, but in order to do that the mesh needs to be of relatively high resolution.
However the mesh resolution is bottlenecked by the RAM I have available to about 24 million cells and thus I try to mesh my parts to about 20 million cells.
Sometimes (read: most of the time) the first mesh I generate ends up having too many cells (let's say 26 million) which means that I have to lower the resolution of some areas.
Knowing how many cells there are inside a specific boi would help me decide which areas I should make rougher without losing too much precision.

And just to be clear I'm using Fluent meshing
