Hello, I am working on a design for a postharvest food disinfection system, I use ultrasonic foggers of 2 MHz frequency that produce fog, this fog is driven by a fan with ip68, previously I have simulated the movement of the fog but the the VOF model but with water vapor, I would like to know if I could use some other model to make the simulation more real, mainly due to the use of the pizoelectric. In addition, I am introducing UVC-LEDs as a technology in combination, the DO model I have seen can help me, however I have never handled it, besides knowing the 275nm data of the LEDs, what other data should I obtain to enter in fluent? I'm new to these models
