Luxalyn is on a distinguished road
Hello;

I'm trying to simulate stratified flow which has three phases (1st:air 2nd:sea water with low density and 3rd: sea water with higher density)

I'm going to be using mixture model and what I would like to ask is how Can I implement evaporation on surface water (2nd phase) which has interaction with air?

In literature I always came across papers with phases (water-water vapour-air)
and water-vapour confused me a lot.

Do I need to add another phase with the properties of water-vapour or air-surface water interaction will be enough to model evaporation on surface?
