Convergence

Hello everyone!
I want to simulate 3D air flow in ANSYS Fluent throught a geometry modeled by me in Fusion360. I prepared a mesh with good quality parameters. The best quality I achieved when I prepare mesh in component in workbench "Mesh" and the next I use function "Make polyhedra" and "Improve mesh quality" in Fluent. Minimum orthogonal quality=0,18.
The boundary conditions: mass flow inlet, outflow outlet and no slip walls. I chose k-e turbulence model.
I upload few photos with solution methods, residuals and testing points.

Can I consider this results to be convergent? Chart with residuals is not constant, but all values are below 1e-4.

I vote for "yes".

Continuity below 1e-4 might dictacte not properly converged solution.
Also monitoring area weighted average quantities might be misleading, averages tend to smooth out oscillations.

Can you post a velocity contour of your simulation?
