Unit in inlet & report definitions

Hi guys, i try to run simulation of my pelton turbine. It's been 8 months since i start this research, create a geometry in ACAD, learn ansys, run the simulastion, etc. it would be very helpfull if you guys can help me so i can finish my college already.

First, i want to input inlet volumetric flow around 1.6 m3/s to run my pelton turbin simulation. Why the unit in inlet velocity magnitude is "m/s"?
Is it possible to convert "m3/s" to "m/s"?
What should i do if you cant convert "m3s" to "m/s"?

And second, why the unit in my omega is "Hz"?
I get my omega from vel max (facet maximum) then create new expression by using formula vel max/r[m]. When i try to run, the unit in omega plot becomes "Hz". I know you can convert "Hz" to "Rad/s" but still, if i can get my unit correctly in the plot, i wouldnt bother to make another graphic in in excel.

Thanks.

1. divide 1.6 m3/s but the area of inlet

2. m/s / m = 1/s which is Hz

I need further explanation. What do you mean by "but the area of inlet"?
The lenght? diameter of the nozzle? Or something else?
Pitc below is my design.

i mean area of the hole (in reality) through which gas passes with desired flow rate
