I am doing a pipe flow simulation. I want to calculate the velocity distortion parameters (or the velocity uniformity parameter) at the inlet plane and exit plane, how to calculate it? which contour I have to plot on the plane? Is it velocity contour in X,Y,Z direction?

The velocity distortion parameter will be a single value calculated on any plane, so plotting a contour will not be possible. This value can be calculate on any plane in the domain, including the inlet and outlet, by using a named expression.

Under user-defined tab, select named expression, and here you can input your equation for the uniformity or distortion parameter.
