Outflow of water at high pressure and temperature through a gap in a two-phase state

Good day,

I apologize if I make any mistakes, but I am new here and have never worked with a forum before. This is also my first time using Ansys Fluent :)

I want to simulate a "crack" in a metal disc filled with water at, for example, 20 MPa and 185°C. I have created the geometry and used "pressure inlet" and "pressure outlet" as boundary conditions. For the model, I am using k-omega and VoF, and I have entered the phase transition of water with a UDF, i already found.
For both water and steam, I have left all settings at the default values. I know that these will need to be changed as water has different viscosity and density with changes in temperature and pressure.

In the single-phase region, everything worked fine, and now I want to simulate it as a two-phase system.

Unfortunately, my results always diverge, and I don't know what I need to change.

Perhaps someone has an idea on how I can better implement the simulation to have a two-phase outflow.

Thanks in advance for the help."
