Cd for flow over a cylinder in low Re=0.08, laminar steady flow

I want to compare the Cd from literature review (lambs solution for flow over a cylinder at low reynolds number values) to the Fluent 2D simulation results.

The values that I am using are

Cylinder diameter = 0.2 mm

Velocity = 0.254 m/s

Reynolds number of the cylinder (Re<0.1) = 0.08

The fluid is glycerin with the default values from the FluentDataBase.

My mesh is very defined with 540536 cells and with a sizing in the cylinder walls of 200 divisions

I am letting the solver run for +10,000 iterations. The results for Cd that im obtaining are around 200 without the residuals converging below 1e-8. If i let the iterations to continue the continuity residuals stay rather constant at around 1e-6.

For reference values the area Im using is 0.0002 m2 (with the default value for depth as 1m).

I am using SIMPLE method.

I dont know what else should I modifiy to obtained a faster convergence and a lower Cd (my desire value is 69.4)

I wish someone could help me spot the error or what am I missing to obtain the right value.
