I am a beginner and I need simple guidance.

Hello everyone. I need to simulate CD nozzle for MACH 3.5 and I will be using the profile from an existing engine simulation for the nozzle inlet parameters however this simulation is made for Mach 2. I need to change the Mach calue and check the fuel injection ratio. Under inlet boundary conditions, there is gauge pressure and Mach number. I changed only the mach number there and then i changed the mach number at reference values. However, during at the initialisation, the value was 642 m/s (something like that) which ch is around Mach 2.3. Should I change it there as well. I am a bit lost because I am a beginner AND trying to work on an existing data file. I would really appreciate your guidance. I am doing this for my thesis and after figuring out the setup, i need to simulate the nozzle with different half angles for about 12 times and i am really, really short in terms of time. Also, i am using 2024 R1
