hello i'm trying to make condensation model by using udf.
my model is steam injected (373k, relative humidity=100%) and when cell's relative humidity is over 100%, steam vapor (h2o) condensed at wall(or in air) but when i used mass transfer model (raoult's law) or evaporation-condensation model (lee, thermo phase change) with declared by ideal gas density model, temperature of hydrogen air (h2,n2,o2,h2o(vapor)) decrease to 250k just one time step. (starts from 340k in domain) but i find when i changed density model to volume-weighted-law, it doesn't make error. and also change mass fraction of steam inlet (100% mass fraction h2o to 10% mass fraction h2o) doesn't make error. but i should use ideal gas(important), and i can't know why density model affect very strangely temperature and why set 100% h2o mass fraction make error. and when i try to make dew point by using udf DEFINE_PROPERTY(vapor_saturation_pressure, c, t) to make different saturation temperature depend on cell rh, temperature to evaporation-condensation model, it doesn't work. i made calculate saturation pressure depend on temperature and calculate dew point by rh (using sat pressure), on one udf. when i adapt my udf to raoult's law by return sat pressure, it works well and i checked my variavble return value by usinng Message in udf, my all variables return accurate values. so i try to adapt my udf same model just different mass transfeer model (lee or thermo phase change) it crushed to show this message "Received signal SIGSEGV" when i click initialization. if my udf is wrong, it will be make same error when i adapt my udf return sat pressure to raoult's law, but it works well. If anyone has experienced the same problem as me, I would appreciate it if you could let me know why the problem occurs. thank you. |
