Hello, everyone.
I need some help with post-processing in Fluent. I need to produce contours averaged in the circumferential direction. I am working with the common mixing elbow tutorial. I started by creating surfaces with the mesh criterion on the axial coordinate. It works well for half the geometry but in the other half the surfaces created are too large. I tried to create radial coordinate surfaces but the elbow junction is not captured since it's at an angle. I have included some screenshots to highlight the issue. I am also including a photo from an article that does something similar to what I want. Please advise on how to recreate this in ANSYS Fluent 2024. Manually is too hard since I need a lot of surfaces and there is no way to control the angle at the pipe bend. Thanks! |
