I am trying to post-process a mesh file with 30 million elements in a 16 GB RAM system, But it shows a Memory allocation error. Is there any way to resolve this, apart from increasing RAM?

I would only export the data that i intend to post-process later after running the solver to keep the size of ".dat" file small. For example, u,v,w velocities, pressure, temperature etc.

As pointed out above, I'd proceed like that and explore some alternative software solutions such as Paraview. For that, you could export .encas files linked to the variables you want to analyze as pointed out before. Check the Documentation for the procedure to export ascii or ensight-gold (.encas) files.
