Not able to save Fluent animations while running job in HPC

I am trying to save animation of fluent job in HPC but not able to do so. With same script file and same case one HPC is able to save images but not other HPC. Any idea what could be the problem or how to resolve it?

Hi I am having similar issues. I used the -gu -driver null command when launching fluent. I set the animation using the GUI rather than the TUI. Whilst it saves the animation files I am noticing it gives a black screen and is not properly rendering.

Please post error message from fluent in an output or .trn or job output file, as it usually complains with some specific error message.
