UDF for 3D numerical wave Tank

Hello, I am working on 3D numerical wave tank which is wave channel simulation. how i can generate waves in our numerical wave tank? I am using the stokes 2nd order theory the UDF which i have is for 2D i modify but i get wrong profile. Can some one share the UDF for 3D.
