UDF - Boundary Heat Flux-

I would like to have information about the utilization of UDF in fluent. I have find a Function Boundary_Heat_Flux(f,t) ( or Wall_Heat_Flux) in sg_mem.h . Have you already use this functions because I have some difficulties with it.

( Can I preserve the mesh of a volume after splitting 2 volume ( with one meshed ) in gambit ).

Re: UDF - Boundary Heat Flux-

i think that function gives the heat flux on watts for a face: Q= face_flux * face area magnetude ; for axisymetric calculations you will have to multiply by 2PI. *************************** Kamal kamal.omari@univ-pau.fr
